HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please note that we unfortunately do not accept any order cancellations as these automatically get forwarded to our warehouse system.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to Covid-19 related health and safety measurements we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of faulty products.
I NOTICED THAT MY PERSONAL DETAILS ARE INCORRECT AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED THE ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your personal details are incorrect, please send an email to
support@shopwynnbrook.com We can not provide an update of information once your order has been prepared for shipping.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR USE FREIGHT FORWARDERS?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office mailbox addresses or addresses where hold mail requests have been made. We do not ship via freight forwarders.
